What is "Early Access" pricing?
FlowDownIQ is currently in early access. Pricing listed represents our planned go-to-market rates. Early access customers receive preferential pricing, direct access to the founding team, and the ability to shape the product roadmap.
How does supplier pricing work with prime subscriptions?
Prime contractor plans include a set number of Basic supplier seats at no additional cost. Suppliers who need Professional or Premium features pay their own subscription independently. The Basic tier is permanently free to drive viral adoption across the federal supply chain.
What is the Over-Flowdown Audit (Stage 285)?
Stage 285 is FlowDownIQ's unique capability to detect when prime contractors are flowing down clauses to commercial item subcontractors that are prohibited under the 2023 DFARS Final Rule (Case 2017-D010, effective November 2023). No other compliance tool currently addresses over-flowdown. This is a significant differentiator for CPSR compliance.
Which ERP systems do you integrate with?
Enterprise tier includes integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Deltek Costpoint, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 via our platform-independent REST API. Any system capable of executing a REST API call can connect to FlowDownIQ regardless of vendor.
Is data stored securely?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. FlowDownIQ is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Contract documents are processed using Claude AI and stored in your dedicated database partition. We do not share your contract data with other customers or third parties.
